Lutz Claims PSAC Honors for Southeastern Division

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – West Chester University's outside hitter Karleigh Lutz (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Cumberland Valley) was named the PSAC athlete of week for the Southeastern Division. In a pair of conference victories this week, the junior produced 25 kills, 11 digs, four service aces, and three blocks for the Golden Rams. On Friday evening, Lutz finished with 13 kills while also providing a .478 hitting percentage in a 3-0 sweep over Kutztown. The following day, the Mechanicsburg native produced a team-high 12 kills in a 3-2 victory against host East Stroudsburg. Lutz also chipped in eight digs, three blocks, and a pair of service aces. This marks the second time for Lutz and the third time a Golden Ram has earned this honor in 2016.
