Pope Qualifies for NCAAs in a Pair of Events

WEST CHESTER, Pa. – West Chester's Lindsey Pope was a NCAA qualifier for both the one and three meter in the diving competition this afternoon against Rowan University at North Pool in Hollinger Field House. The freshman grabbed first place, posting a total score of 257.10 in the one meter for West Chester. Her teammate Nadia Mulder hit the qualifying marks with 253.10, but already qualified. Mulder was slated first in the three meter, achieving a 296.40 total score. Finishing second was Pope, who qualified for the NCAAs by producing a score of 276.20. West Chester travels to Ewing, New Jersey next in the TCNJ Diving Invitational on Friday, December 2nd at 10 A.M.
