Dusellier Earns ECAC Honors for her Efforts at the Kutztown Invitational

DANBURY, Conn. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced this afternoon that West Chester's Emily Dusellier (Harleysville, Pa. / Souderton) was selected as the Corvias Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for Division II. The junior helped West Chester claim the top spot in a pair of events, including the 800-meter and 4x800 meter relay at the Kutztown Invitational. Dusellier recorded an individual win in the 800 meter, clocking in a time of 2:22.98. Afterwards, she then contributed in the 4x800 meter relay by leading off. The squad of Dusellier, Diana Dunn, Allison Lewis and Laura Slavich registered a time of 10:17.38. Additionally, the junior played a role in obtaining runner-up in the 4x400 meter relay. Dusellier was the third leg of that race as the team finished with a time of 4:08.51. This marks the first honor for Dusellier and West Chester Women's Indoor Track & Field in 2017.
