No. 17 West Chester Set to Play in 17th Annual Bill Giles Invitational Presented by ENGIE
WEST CHESTER, Pa. – No. 17 West Chester looks to defend its title at the 17th annual Bill Giles Invitational held at Citizens Bank Park on Tuesday, April 18th at 1:30 p.m. The Golden Rams (22-6) are set to take on the University of the Sciences, which is presented by ENGIE. West Chester will occupy the third base dugout as the visiting team in the game. In regards to those attending the game, tickets will be $5 and can be purchased at the stadium's west ticketing windows. Entrance into the ballpark will be at the Majestic Clubhouse Store. Parking can be found in the Phillies "S" lot, which is located on Pattison Avenue, across from X-Finity Live. This is the fourth straight year that the Golden Rams have played in the invitational. Last season, West Chester captured its 11th Bill Giles title by edging out the University of Sciences 2-1. It was the second consecutive year that the team won the invitational.
If a rainout were to occur, the rain date is set for the following day, Wednesday, April 19th.
